Metro Station – “State University”

Metro station State University is the 23rd metro station in Tbilisi, the construction of which was suspended for 21 years. The subway was finally opened in October 2017.

Infrastructural works were carried out by the Spanish company – COBRA ASSIGNIA, and the installation of  escalators was performed by the Georgian Lift Company.

Citizens are served by three escalators, which are used by an average of 15,000 passengers every day.
